Who We Are
Conveniently located inside the main Exchange Mall at Ft. Sill, OK, our newly renovated office is there to help serve the wonderful active duty and retired military families in the Southwest Oklahoma area.
Dr. Eric Nielsen, our friendly optometrist, is a retired Air Force Major. Our courteous professional staff are there to help with all of your optometric needs, from general eye exams and contact lenses, to Lasik consultations. There is an independent optical shop next door that makes glasses or you can take your prescription to any optical company you wish!
We accept Tricare and Medicare insurance. Tricare Prime active duty dependents are covered for a routine eye exam once per year, while retired dependents are covered every other year. Just call our office if you have any questions or are ready to schedule your professional eye exam appointment.

IMPORTANT TRICARE BENEFITS INFORMATION
For Tricare Prime active duty dependents and Tricare Prime Retirees and dependents and Tricare Select Active Duty members and dependents!
* If you purchased a FED-VIP vision plan through Tricare in 2019, it is supplemental to Tricare Prime and will help cover materials such as glasses or contacts. So you are still allowed a comprehensive eye exam once a year for active duty families and every two years for retired families with our office. Please call for more details!
